Shall the Board of Education of the Laclede county R-1 School District, Missouri
borrow money in the amount of two million nine hundred thousand Dollars
($2,900,000) for the purpose of providing funds for the site development, constru-
ction, equipping and furnishing of expanded cafeteria space and provide additional
classroom space in order to replace temporary classrooms; to complete other
remodeling, repair and safety improvements to the exisiting facilities of the
District in order to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA); and
issue bonds for the payment thereof resulting in an estimated maximum increase
to the debt service property tax levy of $0.62 per one hundred dollars of assessed 
valuation?
